Every now and then, you hear about something that makes you slap your forehead. The story about the Russian pencil is a great example. Unfortunately, as the Bush presidency continues on, sometimes seemly forever, it seems like we hear more and more forehead-slapping stories. Sometimes these stories are unbearably sad, outrageous, and/or just plainly unbelievable. Sometimes, after a bit of reflection, they are side-splittingly hilarious.
Check back once in a while. If nothing else, hopefully some of the stories you see here will distract you away from the nonsense at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.
Remember: come January 20, 2009 it will be all over. There is a light at the end of the Bush tunnel. Let us all hope that it isn't the Cheney train.
